Please check below SAP Notes :

1290357    PARTT: TADIVI and TSDIVI for inactive employees (2)

1171721    PARTT: TADIVI and TSDIVI calculation for inactive e

1295367    TSDIVI: Termination "Division by zero" in schema

1298276    Termination in rule CH13 due to division by zero

it seems to be processing class issue.

double click on the processing where loop is collapsing.then you can come see the x013 pcr and find out the processing class and change the as required.

Ex:-

for /001 wage type try to change the Processing class 1 specification 5

                                                    Processing class   20 spe 5.

Hi,

Check that IT8 cap utilization level and work hours fields are updated with value. Since it's triggered from the IT7. If it's blank then maintain it correctly and after that rerun the payroll once again.
