Hi all,
we are on BPC 10.1 SP4
I have a question regarding work status so that the data is actually locked. I have configured the work status functionality according to the documentation so that I can set work statuses in the input schedule.
When I set the work status to a status where the data should be locked the data is not locked.
In the BPC system I have all administrator roles.
Is it possible that I have too many authorizations so that the data is not locked.
Which authorization may a user not have so that the work status functionality works as expected?
Thanks in advance and best regards
Gerd
Gerd,
Work status works somewhat independent from system authorization. You can't have too much authorization. Work states are saved in a table and BPC checks the table to evaluate if the area is locked or not. Can you check the work status audit report or create something in Excel using EPMWorkstatus to check if the data intersection is truly locked.

HI Gerd,
Is the Owner Property of Secured Dimension filed with the required ID?
and Normally below 3 tasks are assigned for work status:
1. Use Work Status
2. View Data Locks and Work status.
3. Manage Data Locks and Work status

Rahul
