Report on leave entitlement?

Hi Experts,

how can I make it to display the stored in the time profile entitlement to leave in a report?

I had the following ideas to:

  • To use a data source that is sending the information directly  --> Is no data source like "time profile" or so!
  • The claim calculate (balance on the first day of the following year, minus the balance on the last day of the previous year)  -->  Here I am stuck. Does anyone have this question can be answered successfully before?

How can I display the entitlement of 30 days in a own key figure?

For every idea I am very grateful,

Best wishes

Hendrik

Hello Hendrik,

You can use the below data source which provides information on the balances of employee time accounts and the employee time profile entitlement to leave.

Data Source ID HCMTLMU02

Report : Time Accounts: Yearly

Which has the below key-figures

Hi Sahalya,

thank you.

I know this reports. But as written above, I have not been able to calculate the claim. The claim is in the UI 01.01. the year posted to the account Time account. This book is not listed separately in the key figure in this data source. (Screenshot above).

Hello Hendrik,

There is one report called Employee Times-Monthly which is based on Data Source HCMTLMU01_Q0002. This report provides information on planned and recorded employee times in last 12 months.

This report provides the basic information regarding;

Time Types,

Time Type Category,

Absence Time,

Planned Working Time,

Recorded Time,

Employee,

Cost Center etc.

Hope this may help you to track & manage the leave entitlements.

Best Regards,
Arun

Hi Arun,

thank you for your fast response.

This reports shows me the recorded and planned leaves.

But I am looking for the leave entitlement per year, e.g. 30 day per year.

More ideas?

Best Regards

Hendrik
