Need to have user name and password for credential manager

Hello All

I completed my SAP certification last week and received below mail from SAP very next day.

I activated the account by using the link and password but didn't set any set name and password for the credential manager.

When i tried to use the link now, it says link has been activated.

Please advise what should i do in this.

Hi SK

This blog has a lot of comments in it regarding issues

may be able to assist or email credential-manager@sap.com and list your S-User ID

Hello Herald,

The link which I got ended up again with failure notification. I have sent an email to SAP Credetial Manager but didn't hear back anything.

Would you please help me out in this matter.

HI Monika,

mail was sent out. Please, use the newest Chrome, Firefox, Safari or IE 10 or newer to activate your Acccount. Set the Browser Language to EN-US or EN an disable pop-up blocking Browser settings or Software! Restart your Browser to activate your Account. Once done you can change the settings back.

Hi Ernst,

i've send a few emails to SAP Credential Manager too but i did not get any response.

I didn't receive an Invitation Email, can you please help me?

Hello Herald,

I ended up with same failure notification as earlier, this time too fast with one of my colleagues.

I may look like very dumb but that is status for the moment.

I really need your help in this matter. I may have to write  again and again till I get out of this issue. Sorry for that.

Hi Monika,

before using the new Account activation:

Set your Browser to English-US / EN. Restart your Browser.

Use the latest version of Chrome, Firefox or Safari. You can also use Internet Explorer 10 or newer.

Use the login details provided in the Mail.

If all is ok, reset your Language setting and restart your Browser.

Thanks for forwarding the activation link. However, unfortunately I am finished with a failure notification. Now when I trying to use this link again, I am getting the message that the link has already been used.

Hello Harald Ernst

Logged in Credential manager with new user id and password.

But unable to check my soft copy of certificate.

Looks it will take some more time (may be 2 days) to reflect in to my Credential manager account.

Please let me know am i right on this?

Hi SK,

only SAP Cert Hub Exams are available as e-Certificate in the Tool.

As S K delivers more then 200 entries in Credential Manager I can't provide a better answer here.

As you managed to login create a Support Request in Credential Manager, please. Only in case you had passed a Cert Hub Exam.

Thanks for your response.

Yes, It is an SAP certification HUB Exam and i have passed already.

Also i am able top see a entry with exam code and pass status.

But the problem is i am unable to see the full page certificate of that exam?

Any clue on this
