BEx Query Designer supported in Windows 10

Hello. I am trying to determine if BEx Query Designer 7.x is supported on the Windows 10 platform. I did find that you must be on SAP GUI 7.40 SP4 but didn't find anything specifically for the BEx components.

If someone is using it on Windows 10 I would like to hear your experiences.

Hi,

Windows 10 is supported with 740 GUI.

It is also specified in the Note 1995532 -BI 7.x tools in 740 -HW\SW requirements.

Thank you Sushma for validating we do indeed need to use SAP GUI 7.40 SP4 and for the OSS note. We will test as well just to verify.

Hi Lynn,

I'm using Windows 10 with SAPGUI 7.40 and Business Explorer for GUI 7.40.

Up to now, I see no problem.

Just be sure about the .Net framwork installed.

I just want to recommend you to use the latest patches. Patch 4 of SAPGUI 7.40 is a little bit old.

You can find the links to download the patches into SAP Note 2118888.

Thank you Edward. Glad to hear it operates well. Yes, we will go to the latest support package available when we migrate to Windows 10. I will also keep mind the .NET framework as well.
