Planned order in PS& PP Scenario

Dear Expertes

                          we create reservation at operation WBS ( as a Activity).We run project based MRP through MD51.

My Issue is "when the WBS In project & sales order is same then system club requirement of project & sales order if it is different then why sales order not create planned order" ?.

Refer screen shot 1 :  Where WBS in project and sales order is different .

Reservation =300, Sales order =30, Stock =25 . Planned order =300-25 =275

Refer screen shot 2 : where WBS in project & sales order is same. So system is clubbing requirement

Ex :

         Reservation =300, Sales order =30, Stock =25 . Planned order = 300+30-25=305

In material master  MRP 4 view  what is the setting for Individual/coll. indicator?

Transaction MD04 exception messages 30' from the rescheduling check can also be used to determine receipt elements that are not covered.

You have project stock of 25 and sales order of 30 so requirement is of 5 quantity.

Then you have reservation of 300 quantity total requirement of 305 and against that system has generated the planned order of 305 quantity which is correct.

What the lot size defined in MRP 1 view of your material master?

Check the lot size setting in OMI4 Lot Size: MtO = Lot-for-lot order quantity

Does reservation have the same account assignment of project? 

Your MRP elements that have an account assignment to the project or a sales order also the MRP reservations in an individual project section on the same date will have one procurement proposal.

Hello

The problem here is that the sales order is linked to a different project stock on the first screenshot.

On the second one, both the reservation and the sales order are linked to the same project, so they are "clubbed".

You should ensure that the same project is used on the sales order and reservation account assignment.
