Co -Product costing (Joint Production)Problem

When i do the cost run i get the error saying - Product "Cost estimate for material/plant is incorrect".

The error message code is CK168.

Right now my Project is Infra .

Here Crusher Production Plant is there with Joint production concept .

1. In Material master the views like General Plant Data/ Storage 1, General Plant Data/Storage 2,Plant Stock, Storage Location Stock views are maintained.

2. In all material Co-Product indicator is set

3. In Main product Cost apportionment structure is maintained in  MRP 2 view in which all co-product including header material along with equivalence no are maintained

4. In BOM all co product are maintained with negative sign except Boulder. Also at item level Co-product indicator is Ticked.

Please guide me how to do costing

Hi Nitin,

This error generally come when you are releasing the cost estimate.

Please analyse the cost estimate errors.

You can see logs under the processing drop down tab in CK40N.

OR If you are running the standard cost estimate via CK11n you will get the error logs there.

Please share the error messages from cost estimate.
