Clock in/clock out report of employees for supervisor.

Dear Experts,

Currently client wants to develop a report in ECC in which manager should be able to see clock in clock out details of his subordinates only (not others).

How can we achieve this?? Please suggest.

In this case, structural authorization will be helpful to you. you can develop the custom report which should be check P_ABAP. when you activate this.. your custom report will be check the authorization which has been assigned to the user. (You can ask your ABAP'r to help on this)

then you have to create a structural authorization profile with the correct evaluation path and the standard FM: RH_GET_MANAGER_ASSIGNMENT (some time you need to modify the FM according to your requirement)

You can assign  stractural authorization profile  to the authorization object P_ORGINCON (role) and assign the role to the user id.

This will restrict the manager that he/she can get the data only his/her reporters.
