Attachment in shift note

Dear All,

I want to attach document to the shift note,

I have created a document type in document management, but in settings for shift note type I am not able to view the document type.

The error message is "Document type XX cant be used"

Will you please guide how to link document type to shift note type.

Go to SPRO ->Logistics General -> Make Settings for Shift Note

Does the  shift note is a Independent Shift Note?

Check number assignment of your document type.

In customization of document type ZSH have you linked the object like FLOC/EQPT.

Also refer SAP note  1756462 - Shift note: Generic Object Services are incomplete

Hi,

I have created new document type, now "add attachment" field is activated on change shift note screen. But as I am trying to attach a word document information message popping up, please refer screenshot.

after  pressing ok to this message, the next is

then in the comment box of shift note I can see the message attachment added but I am not able to find the option to view attached file.

Hi,

in change or display shift note screen system showing file is attached but to view that file,

I want to activate "Display attachment". But not getting any idea how to do it.
