When editing suppliers, in the "Details" area what is the "Trade Name" used for. I am having difficulty getting everyone set up with the correct 1099 information. The main information is what is used for the 1099 but I also have different names with remit to information. I insert the DBA in the second line of additional name but it appears on the first line how do I get it to appear on the second line.
I am trying to find a better place to insert a DBA for the supplier and thought this would be of some help. In my manuals it doesn't acknowledge what the Trade Name is for.
