NO DATA error when running init load with 2LIS_11_VAHDR

Former Member

hi experts,

I try to load initial data with 2LIS_11_VAHDR

the steps I did:

1. 2LIS_11_VAHDR is activated in R/3 Log.Cockpit LBWE

2. 2LIS_11_VAHDR is replacated in BW

3. Setup tables are filled for SD Sales Orders in R/3

4. testing 2LIS_11_VAHDR with RSA7 in R/3 delivers 981 records

when I start the info package with "Initialize delta process with Data Transfer" the error occurs "0 Records - NO DATA"

Any Idea what I'm doing wrong?

Best Regards

Hi,

in RSA7 you will find only the data for the delta load but you will execute the init load.

Please check the content of SETUP table with transaction RSA3 for extractor 2LIS_11_VAHDR. Are there any data?

hi Natalia,

my apologize, I mean of course RSA3, not RSA7. Yes, RSA3 delivers the data.

Hi,

In RSMO screen.

Goto: Environment->Transct RFC->Source System.

Then enter ID and PWD and check any LUW's are there if there then execute manually, see for this option in the existing menu once you logon to R/3.

Thanks

S there is no problem, Take Idocs no's from RSMO, at bottom you can find OLTP Idoc no's and go to R/3 , BD20 and give Idoc no and execute.

Thanks

Hi,

Go to bd87 transaction and see any yellow requests..If so select it and process manually.

or

In the monitor Environment->Transactional RFC -> in the source system.

Then give user id and pwd for source system and try to execute...see if any LUWs are pending and process them.
