Check boxes item assignment block

Hi,

Please find the attachment.

In Item assignment block i have 3 three checkboxes . when user select the first check boxes other two checkboxes not selected.

2)When user select the second check box other two checkboxes not selected 1(Diagnosis) & 3(Services) not selected .

3)When user select the thrid checkbox other two check boxes not selected 1(Diagnosis) &2(Sales). Please find the attachment.

Hi,

Your requirement is not clear. From what I've understood, you want only one of the three checkboxed to be selectable. If that's right, why create three separate fields for this? Why not go for single field and user selects one out of three options? (Sales, Diagnosis or Service)
