Stuck in phase PREP_GENCHECKS/NTACT_CHK

     We are upgrading to ERP 6 EHP 7 SP08 with NW 7.4 SP10. We have a problem in the phase PREP_GENCHECKS/NTACK_CHK wich shows the error 2EETP000XRead table " " pgntab call: table not found.

A few weeks ago, we made changes in the SAP Note 1910297, the kernel will change to the directory of SUM/exe, but giving us the error logs missing at SUM directory, we are using teh version DB2 9.5 and wich also stops working after making changes.

After, we perform the restore of the database and system, we made an upgrade DB2 9.7 to DB2 10.5 but now still shows the same error.

Did you find any solution for this? We are on HANA DB and getting the same error for table /BCV/S_UIF_CHIP_INSTANCES.

Yes!

Open the dbacockpit, and find the SQL Command Editor, then enter the following commands:

1) Find SCHEMA

select SCHEMANAME from syscat.schemata

2) Compare DDNTT and DDNTF tables

select * from SAPSID."DDNTT" where tabname = '/BCV/S_UIF_CHIP_INSTANCES'

select * from SAPSID."DDNTF" where tabname = '/BCV/S_UIF_CHIP_INSTANCES'

If anyone shows you that no results, please remove that table

3) Remove the TABLE

delete from SAPMTP."DDNTT" where tabname = '/BCV/S_UIF_CHIP_INSTANCES' or

delete from SAPMTP."DDNTF" where tabname = '/BCV/S_UIF_CHIP_INSTANCES'

I actually did a reset of the upgrade and started with SUM SP16 PL6 in a new SUM install directory. Didn't help, same error for another table this time - /BCV/S_UIF_COCKPIT_FILTER

This table also not found in SE11 but found in both tables DDNTT and DDNTF.

Your error is not to table /BCV/S_UIF_COCKPIT_FILTER

Is about a table with NOT NAME or with SPACE

Please change for that,  ' SPACE ':

Wow! Each space is important, this proves it! So much for a space..Wish I had read the log more carefully.

Thank you so much Josue, my upgrade has moved on.

The entry with the space existed in DDNTT and not in DDNTF.

Deleted it from DDNTT.
