issues with àrchiving of PP_ORDER

Hi Archiving Gurus,

We are implementing the archiving  of PP_ORDER, we are not able to set the deletion flag for any of the orders with the pre-processing program of PP_ORDER and getting the below spool message.

1. Order type UP01 not found (check entry)

2. Inspection lot 030000000000 for order 1000000 does not have necessary status

3. Unprocessed future change recs for order 1000120 prevent del. flag/completion

4. Balance of ORD 1000000 is not zero

5. Order 1000522 is partially confirmed

Please help us on to resolve the same.

Please sit together with your functional consultant who supports the PP module, he should know what to do.

Alternative search each message one by one in SCN, of course leave the variable part of the message off the search.

I could find 58 discussions when searching with: Inspection lot for order does not have necessary status

I found 62 discussions when searching with: unprocessed future change recs for order

106 discussions can be found with: Balance of ORD is not zero

54 for: Order "is partially confirmed"
