BI Platform Support Tool Issue: OS version in Server Services tab

BIPST version 2.0.3.  Maybe issue on the Server and Services tab.  The collected OS is incorrect on 2 of  the 4 nodes. (image attached). I've confirmed the configuration and attached my preferences.xml.

Hey Kim,

In the past, this is caused by a bug in the BOE metrics.  Can you check in the CMC for each node, check the CMS metrics and see if the OS version there is correct / incorrect?  I think you'll find the same results as what you see in the landscape report.

Yes sir that's correct they show the incorrect OS too! We never noticed that before - thanks much Toby.
