Zebra Printing - Issue

Hi All,

We configured Zebra Printer(96XiII Plus 600dpi) in SAP and i went through the SAP note for Zebra and assigned the device type(YZB600U - Zebra Unicode600DPI) to it.

This printer is configured as Network Printer. Our PP Team has a requirement to print labels hence ABAP team has created page formats and they assigned to this device type.

When they execute the transaction for label printing, I could see that spool is getting generated but it is ending with "Error".

Can any one tell me whether anything wrong in Printer configuration?

Also when i try to view the spool request I could see the following error.

If i select different device type instead of YZB600U then i could view the label in the spool request.

I do hope that there is a problem in page format with device type mapping. If so, can you please let me know the further steps?

Hi All,

This has been resolved.

Solution :

I went through Zebra website and downloaded the file which consists of "ABAP Drivers" . I transported the ABAP Drivers in our system.

Once the ABAP drivers are installed then we were able to see the stickers in the spool request.
