without any detail is quite impossible to check which can be the error.
Have you tried to have a look into your BW system to see if there're dumps?

best you create a RSTT trace in the BW system and check the details to find what exactly is failing. I quickly created a wiki page for the RSTT trace:

Does this provide the reason for the error?
