R, S, H, P phrases are repeated twice, thrice in 16th Section

Hi,

In composition section for ingredients 1 & 3 i maintained R, S, H, P phrases in composition but those phrases are repeated twice, thrice in the 16.00 section of Safety data sheet.

I need R & S phrases in composition level so i maintained in ingredient level for every component. So,now i need to restrict them in 16th section to avoid the duplication which level can i restrict.

Here 3 components having same R &S phrase so those are triplicated in 16th section.

Please find the detailed info ,

When we have inserted the code is shown in the below formate we  are  getting only 1^st ingredient of  1^st phrase 2^nd ingredient  of 2^nd phrase.If I insert according to the below mail, But we need all the phrases with out any duplicate

You must differentiate the "R" story from the "H" story

considers the "H" story but not the "R" story (but there are similar function modules in place in the one link i provided)

PLease try to diggest the one link (consult one); It will take a time
