Display Custom Message In Disclaimer of EHP5 Ess detail screen once loads the screen

Hi ,

We have EHP5 Australia Personal Profile application standard application.

I have one requirement and that is few categories of employees once click  Subtype-1 (of Bank - IT0009) in ESS screen then in detail screen one message should display and this message only specific to that subtype-1.Could you please let me kno how I can achieve that.

Scenario:

First we have opened the Personal profile Bank ESS screen like below screen (OVP.png).Now when few categories of employees click on 'Other Bank'

then in next detail screen one custom message will display.Please find the detail screen in dtl.png.If you see the dtl.png screen you will find I have marked red aquare at the below of that screen and there I have to display the custom message.For your information the below red square section is custom WD component which we added in UIBB section.
