Mail Sender Channel - Issue

Hi Experts,

I am working on mail to idoc scenario. The sender mail channel is configured and pinging is working fine. But, when it is trying to fetch messages from the mail inbox it is showing the error as mentioned below -

Channel configuration is as mentioned below -

Please suggest what is missing/wrong from my end?

Hi Nidhi

1. Check your "Content Encoding" option based on how you fetching data from Payload.

    Based on you can go for Beans, if needed

2.  Ensure User in Connection Parameters has sufficient authorization.

3.   Test your scenario as Mail to file first,  then map Idoc's segments.

Hi All,

I noticed that the messages are coming in monitoring, only the channel is showing the log as this exception.

Means interface is working fine but the communication channel is showing error.

In such cases, what could be the solution for channel logs.

Hi,

Still new at this but I see that it's complaining about a module. Did you setup the module configuration?

• sap.com/com.sap.aii.adapter.mail.app/PayloadSwapBean
• sap.com/com.sap.aii.adapter.mail.app/XIMailAdapterBean
