Confirmed shipping date and time not able to edit

Hi,

we are on SAP SNC 7.03

in web UI, while creating multiple confirmations for purchase order the fields Conf. Shipping date, time are in display mode and we are not able to change those.

Since we are new to SNC.. please let us know is there any spro change need for this.

Suggestions are required.

Hi Kanagala,

There are 2 things which you can check:

1- SNC Approval profiles are managed from the below customizing area. Kindly go there and check all the details related to your approval requirement.

2- SNC Web Dynpro Customizing: If you add "&sap-config-mode=X" to the end of the relevant web service, you will see the customizing version of the page. Can you go over there and check the "ediatable" functionality of the relevant fields?

I hope at least one of the options can help you to solve the problem.

Hi,

Thanks for suggestions. We have checked the process and found that all options are pointing to EDITABLE mode only. We tried to debug and find the issue .. there also we found that fields are in editable mode. So please let us know is there any other places to check on this.
