Global Currency not available

Dear experts,

We have set the Data Management Global settings in the UI. For the Global Currency, we need to set it as Swedish Krona (SEK). However, SEK is not available in the dropdown list for Global Currency in the UI. We had to set the 'XACURRENCY' parameter as SEK manually in RSXAADMIN in BW.

The UI shows Global Currency as Mexican Peso, but in RSXAADMIN the global currency is SEK.

Please let us know where the dropdown list of currencies is picked from. If the RSXAADMIN is different from the Global Currency in UI, does it create any problem? Please let us know if there is any way to fix this behaviour.

The SAP Note 1980704 is already referred but we are in SPM 3.0 and the latest POASBC components.

My first message was posted in haste. I removed it to eliminate confusion.

With regard to SEK.

Please check that it is established with Currencies Check Table is TCURC and Transaction Code OY03.

Hey John,

Thanks for the response.

I had already checked TCURC and also checked OY03 now. SEK is present at both the places.

The links you provided also mention that this Global Currency needs to be set but there is no information about where the available list is picked from.

Hello John,

Thanks for the reply again.

But in User Preference, we set the currencies to be used for Local Currency and Document Currencies in Multi- Currency Analysis scenario. In our case, we are not using Multi- Currency Analysis, but need Global Currency SEK.

Also, as we have set the 'XACURRENCY' parameter as SEK manually in RSXAADMIN in BW, in User Preference --> Currency Settings, I can already see the Global Currency as 'SEK'. But the Data Management --> Global Currency still shows Mexican Pesos as there is no SEK available in the dropdown.

Please let me know if you have any inputs.
