Hello,
We are are using request templates to provision users access.
The templates are associated with an EUP ID XXX where we have no default values maintained for "decimal notation". When we go for submitting an ARM request it is by default selecting decimal notation 1.234.567,89.
We have neither maintained any setting in SPRO> "Maintain User default" nor created ny rule in BRF plus ?
Is it by default picking 1.234.567,89 ? or i need to looking any other area as well ?
Thanks,
Mukesh
Hello Mukesh,
EUP Default values are considered only, when it's New User or the value for Existing User is not maintained i.e. field value is blank.
If any value is maintained in Connector from which User Details has to be fetched, then the Value and Format will come from Backend System.
Refer as below
2153217 - EUP default field values donot show correctly on Access Request Creation screen
2252700 - Access Request Form data not getting populated from EUP
hope this clarifies
Regards
Baithi

thus setting always defaults this way. It is because the the technical ID is blank for this setting
