Service Order Expense Report

Dear Guru's

I am preparing Service Order Expense Report,

Step to follow,

1st we are choosing the AUFK and passing Creation date and Order Type.

We get the AUFNR and passing again in RESB to find reservation No. (RSNUM) and Component which is used in Service Order.

We can also fine RSNUM after passing AUFNR in AUFM but when other activity has been done.

But when using RESB it's taking too much time,

Please suggest me any alternative of the RESB table.

• Do you want only table? Have you tried tcodes MB25, IW3M, IW13 etc.?
• Secondly try table/views
  • V_AUF_RESB
  • VRESB

Dear Jogeswara Rao Kavala,

I am just creating a report that's call OTR report.

Order Type is ZSM3- IW31

Report called OTR income * expense report.

In Income- we are fetching the data from VBRP,

For expense we are fetching the data from EKPO for non-stock item and from RSEB for stock item. where reservation has been created.

When we are using RESB that's taking to much time even reflecting Run Time error.

Please advise me which table can be used in place of RESB table.
