Operator to Query absence type in Payroll PCR

Dear experts,

Can you help me with How to query absence type in Payroll PCR.

As I have tried with the following operators which are not working:

1. VARGBAWART

2.SABZ2

3.OUTTPABTYP

Kindly help me with the same as I have got stuck in making a payroll PCR which requires to evaluate the absence type.

Hi,

How do you call the PCR?

Is it in this way:

ACTIO ZABS AB

Please show your PCR.

Also ensure the required abs data is in the infotype 2001 and loaded (before calling the pcr).

Also you may have to check the conditions for *, **, *** & **** for the absence types.

Thanks for the reply Bala. I have two types of unpaid absence types. I want query these two different absence types. Then how do I Query as per the below format in payroll:

If absence type(1)

then*****

Else

*******

I don't have any issue in calling of PCR. I need operator for absence type to query.

Here the operator VARGBAWART is not working. Kindly advise the same.

You may have to use TABLEP2001 before using VARGBAWART:

  VARGBAWART

   XXXX

     LOGIC-1

   YYYY

     LOGIC-2

Please also brief about what you want to achieve by using your PCR.
