Taxtype 84 not calculated in Payroll

Hi All

The TaxType 84 is not getting calculated in payroll for the PA locals.

I have checked the Tax Models and combos they look fine. /384 and /684 do get generated but not /484 and /784.

This is the level we are currently in, per our sync tool.

Level in BSI Client:	TaxFactory 10.0.j | Cyclic K | Regulatory 077 | Tax Locator 37
Cross-client Tables:	TaxFactory 10.0.l | Cyclic K | Regulatory 076 | Tax Locator 36

Client-specific Tables:  TaxFactory 10.0.k | Cyclic J | Regulatory 073 | Tax Locator 33

can some please suggest what I am missing here?

I have another system that is connected to TF9.0.It seems to be generating LSTs (/484)

I compared the wage types, processing class, tax model, combos, schemas, Functions and operations.

Expect for the TF version, there is no other difference.

both systems do not have value in Table T5UTLA.

I am not sure what I am missing here. Can somebody suggest please?
