BO Refresh - Urgent

Hello All,

We got a request to do system refresh in BO box.

Our environemnt

OS : windows

DB - SQL SERVER 2008

BO - BO 4.1 SP5

Could you please share the steps to be followed in system refresh

POST steps

2) Also customer request to move all the filestore from T drive to X drive.  Currently all filestore files exists in T drive

MY query?

1) Currently we have AUDITPRO,BDCI,CMSPRO, EIS2000 database available in Production environment and CMSDEV & EIS2000 database available in Development box. Please let us know which Database from production box needs to be restored in development box.

2) Please share the steps to perform filestore movement from T drive to X drive.

This gives you a summary of what you need to do.

As for your second question:

You can manually copy and paste the file store from T drive to X drive provided you have the necessary rights to do so. Match the size and number of file on the both the location just to avoid any anomalies. once your refresh is done on the test environment and CMS database is restored you can point the IFRS/OFRS to the new X drive location.
