Medical add to gross

Dear All,

My Client has requirement, they want to ad medical Reimbursement to gross.

Where as standard behaviour of SAP. Does not add to gross.

Let me know, if by PRCL, we can add medical to gross.

Hello KKS,

Please check the default configuration of the Model Wage type M211 in the view V_512W_D.  If you follow a similar configuration, you can get the Medical Reimbursement Amount to cumulate into Gross Salary.

HOWEVER, please note that when /416 (Gross Salary) is calculated, the EXEMPT AMOUNT for Medical Reimbursement which is stored in /414 will ALWAYS be deducted from it.  This is because it would be logically unsound to calculate Gross Salary by including the exemptions in it too.

Hi Aman,

My Requirement is i want to add 15000 Medical to gross.

And same sld be exemption in US10 from 15000.

Where as at present it is not added to gross and not adding to exemption.

Check KBA 2189379 - Medical Reimbursement is not added into Gross salary in Form 16 Part B

in this regard.

Regarding your query, Medical exemption is considered with the actual amount paid to the employee so you can see that this is increasing every month.

Check KBA 2189379 - Medical Reimbursement is not added into Gross salary in Form 16 Part B

in this regard.
