The activation of a dso request (green) isn't working.

Hello BW Experts, i ran a load in a dso and the loading is completed with green light but when i am trying to activate it, it's not being activated.

there's no response at all. the request remains green, dont go yellow at all to show it's activating.

why this is occuring ?

I followed below steps  As some one said for this issue...But its not working for me. Please help.....

1. right click on dso
2. additional functions
3. generate export datasource

after this i selected the request again and click activate

Thank you so much for your help...

I solved my issue.

In SM37 there are  jobs in released status from past 4 days because of these jobs, next jobs also getting no response.

So i did cancel the past 4 days released status jobs  then automatically my DSO activation step ran successfully.

Did you try checking if process is available in SM50? The activation will not happen if no process is available.

is the issue for 1 DSO or all DSOs in system?

try to activate DSO object and delete request from DSO, load new request and try to activate.

can you check the log of the background job in SM37? if there is one at least...

Thanks for your help..I checked this link and i followed some parameters but still DSO activation not working,, it is still in green there is no change after start activation

Please help is there any another solution...

note: This issue is for all DSOs in my system
