bc set activation for custom payroll schema

i am trying to upload and activate custom payroll schema bc set

1- i used [scpr20] t code but the system require me to choose e a

please guide me through that

The package is for any object like an ABAP program, etc.  You can use an existing package used for a HR or HCM customer function.  If you wish you can create a new package for BC sets.

the system forces me to use a custom package starts with z or y

when i create a new custom package the system says "package has to be assigned to home system component"

any clues ?

As per SAP restrictions, SAP packages star with a to x; customer packages need to start with y or z.  .
