All physical samples not created

Dear All,

we have assigned Inspection type 01 in material master for the inspection lots for the GRN Inspection.

Also, we have assigned Sample Drawing Procedure at inspection plan header as per below detail,

To Partial sample no	Factor per sample size	Primary	Pooled	Reserve
001	1	1	0	0
002	1	1	0	0
003	1	1	0	0
004	1	1	0	0
005	1	1	0	0

we have implemented the maximum sample quantity for the physical sample creation.

Please find the below To partial sample no assigned in inspection plan with Operation no.

Operation	To partial sample no	Sample Qty
0010	001	200 PCE
0020	002	1 PCE
0030	003	1 PCE

Physical sample created with 200 PCE quantity only. other two samples for operation 0020 and 0030 not created.

what is the reason for other two samples was not created ?

please provide your inputs.

I have checked the sampling Procedure used with QN and QL MIC and both are working in other inspection plans.

no issue in Sampling Procedure.

any other reason for the physical sample not created. in operation one quantitative char require must?
