How to re-import a transport request via STMS?

Hi Friends,

We are doing Export & Import process from PRD to QAS.

In That process we got an below error while Importing TR to QAS,

""3WETW000 Duplicate Key error during insert into table BSIS occured

2EETW125 SQL error "30036" during "30036" access: "ORA-30036: unable to extend segment by 8 in undo tablespace 'PSAPUNDO' ""

Then We increased the 'PSAPUNDO' Tablespace.

Can you Please explain process to continue same TR, If not explain the Process for re-import The TR.

Hi,

In STMS -> Click on the truck (Import Overview) -> Double click on relevant import queue -> You will see the following icons:

The green block means the "transport waiting to be imported"

The green tick mean "request already imported"

The yellow triangle means "request is ready for import again"

So if is a transport that is already imported you will have to delete it from the buffer Extras -> Other requests -> Add and then reattach the transport and re-import again.

Now here is a question why are you trying to import a productive transport in QA again? If you need to make change you need to make change in development and transport it across. Or create transport as transport of copies rather and then import this across the landscape.

What precisely are you trying to do?
