determine the storage location in delivery

hi,

i want to determine the storage location in delivery. for example, when i do the MIGO, the GR storage location is 1001, is it possible this storage location 1001 can be retrieved automatically in delivery note for sales order. as there are more than one storage location, so i want the storage lcoation can get from GR. Pls advice. thanks

Normally, Storage location is not automatically determined in Delivery Focument. It is to be entered manually in Delivery Document.

As per my understanding, you want that storage location used at the time of GR, should default in delivery. This is not possible in Standard SAP. You will have to check if any userexit is supportive to meet the requirement or may be through Abap development, it may be possible to meet the requirement. Not through Configuration.

Hi

The storage location can be determined automatically by the assignment of

Shipping point + delivering plant + storage conditions -- >storage location.

And also dont forget to assign the storage location rule such as MALA to the delivery document type. The system bases the automatic determination of the storage location on the combination of the determination rule MALA.

Path is IMG->Logistic execution->Shipping->Picking->Specify picking location->determine picking location automatically.

Shipping point + delivering plant + storage conditions -- >storage location, however, we dont use storage condition. what I require is the storage location copy from GR storage location, which is the goods is available in storage location. And it is not available to defult the storage location, as more than one storage location. As i know that, if i using the batch mangemange, the storage location will be retrieved automatically. pls advice Thanks
