Installation stuck during phase Install Database Software-SYSTEM COPY-IMPORT

Hello Team,

We are facing system Copy Import phase  error with DB2 9.7 installation phase.for WIN2012 SERVER STANDARD OS 64-BIT..

Source System OS :WINDOWS 2008R2

DB:DB2 9.7

SAP Version:ECC6.0 EHP5

TARGET:OS:WINDOWS 2012 SERVER STANDARD

DB:DB2 9.7

we had updated the latest patches of OS also.

Below is  the screennshot attached for reference.Kindly share your inputs if anyone come across this
