Totals not showing

When I try to create a formula in Crystal Report 10, there are a list of previous formulae that have been created (left side of screed), however, total fields are not displayed (SUM).

This has not been an issue is the past. Have I turned some switch ON/OFF inadvertently?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Barry

Hi Barry,

Summary fields inserted via the 'Insert Summary' option are not listed under 'Formula Fields'.

They're listed under 'Report Fields':

Thank you so much for your help. I really appreciate it and do feel kind of dumb. I should have known that.

Hello Barry,

Along with what Abhilash suggested which is an easy way. If you just type "{" intellisense will give you a drop down of the available fields and formula's in the report. you can choose from that as well.
