error on DOC in wrong state on TREX queue

Hello comunity,

we have the following error in the trace file of TREX which eventually fills all all the space available on the file system:

Queue.cpp(NNN) : Queue::preprocessMsg: found wrong state to be transmitted for HR_DOC XXX, Queue: YYY

Unfortunately we can't fully understand the meaning of the error. Can we delete that document directly from the queue without create inconsistencies?

Hi Valerio, the error message is usually related to the corruption or inconsistencies in the queue and index. As I see you use the TREX with ERecruitment application. What's the TREX version you use? Do you have any other error messages in TREX traces - f.e. in TREXIndexServer , or events in TREXDaemon trace related to the crash of IndexServer or QueueServer processes? Best regards, Mikhail
