HI,
I need some suggestions.
My Requirement is i would like to send a mail after creating the material master in sap.
I am able to send the mail after creating.
The mail is having two sections Body and subject.
In subject i would like to mention some system fields like time and user name.
Please have a look on below attached images.
In workflow i was mentioned &syst-uname& , In mail subject is coming as Material Code. I did not mentioned the Material Code as subject.
If i mention like New material was created : &syst-uname&,In subject Up to Text is coming But system field is not coming.
May i know why. In body section is coming correctly.
Check the Work flow Log , Parameters Holding the data that your expecting to display.
Below Container elements will have the values your looking for
_Workitem.CreatedByAddress.Name for name
_WFLOWITEM

Krishna

Dear sir, Can you please see the post from the First on words,
As per the Expert suggestions I did from Bo method.
Hope this is very bad method, means already existing system fields are there, why
i need to pick from Data base. this is my question.
Requesting for valuable suggestions.Correct me anything is wrong from my side.
May be i did wrong, i believe but What i did , I doesn't know.
No, I don't understand your problem because either you can't state it clearly or I lack reading comprehension.
You want a date to show up in your subject header. Currently it successfully shows the contents of CDATE.
Solution 1: replace CDATE with the container element holding the value you want
Solution 2: keep using CDATE but first copy the value you want into it
