Action workflow is not triggered in EHSM.

Dear all,

After creating Action in EHSM-Incident Management, by clicking start process button, workflow is not get triggered.

I have checked the Type Linkage in SWETYPV transaction.But,when I checked in SWi1,no workflows are triggered.

Any guess........

Hi Lakshmi,

In event linkage check workflow WS00500004 is assigned correctly

Also Task TS00800063 is also assigned to the role.

Hi Lakshmi,


Goto the business role, then double click on the role it will open a new window there it will have tab called “Workflow” under that we can check this.

Hello Lakshmi,

You can check the below SAP Notes:

1886270 - Workflow process does not start when you create task

1957457 - Cancellation of Process Scheduler R_EHFND_SCHEDULER_JOB

2029357 - Workflow event is not triggered by R_EHFND_SCHEDULER_JOB

2205865 - Process Scheduler improvements

You can also check the application log via transaction SLG1 for Object EHFND_FW sub-object WF_SCHEDULER. There you may find errors that can give you some hint of what might be causing the issue.

I am not able to understand this error. Any guesses to solve it..

But I am not able to view the mentioned SAP notes in my server. Any other way to view it?.

Hello Lakshmi,

To be able to view the SAP Notes you need to be logged into the Service Marketplace with your SAP credentials.
