Kindly share the warranty configuration steps in SAP CRM service for produce. Product could be a material or Service.
Where to assign the warranty in SAP CRM Service Confirmation, Service Order or Request? Can we assign warranty to material or materials of material. Ex Computer or Computer and its Component like hard drive, motherboard etc.
Does warranty configuration include pricing?

Thank you for Reply. But document is of no help. I recommend to go through C13 Config guide for service master data. Config document provide better understanding of warranty configuration.
I was looking for real time configuration. I am in service industry & looking for appropriate warranty configuration.
