Regarding proof of delivery time frame

Hi Friends,

We have below new urgent requirement on POD time frame.

One ship to customer has maintained 3 days of POD time frame in Customer master records  and assuming there the 2 shipping points(or 2 plant) for this Customer.

It takes 3 days from shipping point A and takes 4 days from shipping point B. In this case, how can we setup POD time frame for this customer(without maintain as blank).

Kindly help me on this and Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Please can you confirm what is the time frame you are looking for,in the master, facility already available to maintain number of days.

if the days exceeds as per the master system automatically confirms the POD.

Thanks for your response for my request.

As per my request, if customer is receiving goods from two shipping points(or 2 plants) with different transit days(if shipping point A is 3days and B is 4 days), then how can we setup this in the system regarding the time frame.
