Hello Dear Community,

I've installed recently AAO 1.3 SP09 and I'm  using with HANA SPS11 to explore the calculations views defined there. Everything works fine when I use flat dimmesions to explore the calcview but when I use the time hierarchies I get this error:

InA message ERROR 42014 - Caught exception : exception 70000339: message not found; \$message\$=invalid number: not a valid number string ''

What can be the root cause of it?

PD: I've filtered the time dimension just in case of having empty values in the measures for a concrete time period can cause that error but this is not the case.

Hi,

We have same issue with AOE and Hana SP11

try to upgrade your hana to SP 11 patch 2 ( 1.00.112)

Version 1.3 is really old; even version 1.4 is old but your HANA version is very new.

Please look at using the 2.2/2.3 Analysis Office versions

Sorry I misread the version my current version is: 2.3 SP00
