Sales Organisation data not copying in Pricing condition tables in sap crm

Hi Experts,

The sales area data like sales org and distribution channel not copying (Division is copied) in pricing condition tables in sap crm ,while I am running the condition objects download in sap crm.

The data flows and update except the sales area. The fields are empty. The load is successful.

We have 2 clients set up .

Is some initial customizing is missing for sales area customizing ??

Hi,

The issue was, the conversion table was maintained with the entries for Sales Org and Distribution Channel - Conversion by routine in Badi

Table View : V_CND_MAP_CNVFLD

When the entry was removed, the data replicated as per standard settings.

Hi Mohammed,

If Sales Org data is part of the key fields in condition records, the processing in CRM would end up in error since there values are empty. If not, it is possible that corresponding to Sales Org data in ERP, there is no mapping Sales Org data present in CRM and hence it is not able to determine the data.
