SAP B1 Add-On Taking Too much time to connect with DI-API

Hi All,

I have developed one Add-On for SAP B1. It is taking around 4-5 minutes to connect on client machine. I found that it takes time while connecting to DI-API. On server machine it is taking around 30-40 sec. Which is fine. I tried all the solution which are suggested on SCN. I removed SM_OBS_DLL Temp folder. I observe one thing that if I take restart of client machine that it connect with in 1 minute. CPU & Memory utilization is normal. I also checked that  this issue also occurs if there is no other user connected. So there is no

I have remove the antivirus on this client machine and on server side it put SAP folder in exception list.

if anybody face this type of issue. please help me .

Hello Chandsekar,

Could you restart the database instance and check if there is a change in connection time?

If you ping the server using the "ping" command on the command line, does it take long as well?

Hi Pedro,

No..

It is replying within 1 ms Time<1ms.. network connection is fine.

We have all the Machine as VMs. so there is not network issue. Server is a VM and Client is also a VM.
