Hi All,
I'm trying to download a report which has around 4 lakh records.(15 mb)
But when i try to export it never gets exported.
I also tried in webi rich client tool in both case I'm not able to download the report.
the file size is just 15 mb
Can anybody suggest on this?
Thanks,
Niki
How do you know size is 15mb?
try to increase the Maximum Size (MB)" (Default value=50 MBytes; Maximum value = 65535 MBytes) to 100 or more in web intillegence server properties and restart the server.
after that try.

Hi,
Few questions to proceed further:
- Do you use Excel 97 (.xls) or Excel 2007 (.xlsx)? I would suggest .xlsx.
- When you click on Save, do you get the pop-up to save to Excel?
- If not, while clicking on Save to Excel keeping the Ctrl key pressed and see if you get the pop-up.
- Are you able to save report to PDF successfully?
- If you are able to save it, does the Excel open or gives error?
Regards,
Yuvraj
