Hi All,
SAP ask us to do the below steps and we done those steps and it is working fine. in below, 3 rd point is the root cause of this issue.
steps :
1/Disable the antivirus test the behavior after that
2/Disable the firewall and test the behavior after that
3/Add the @ip and the hostname of the BO server to the hosts file of the client machine
4/Restart the tomcat and test the behavior after that
5/Generate fiddler traces and attach them to the incident :

Does it happens only to this query or for all connections?
Check the Connection ? Did you tried executing this query in analyzer or in RSRT, does the query runs fine ?
Do you have any input parameter enabled in the query is it a variable ? If its so please remove the prompts and try to run the query ?
