Cannot open Design Studio Report in BI Launchpad

Hi,

we are on „SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence 4.2 Support Pack 2”.

We cannot open Design Studio Reports in BI Launchpad. There starts an "endless loading process" (see screenshot).

If we use the URL (BI Launchpad -> Documents -> Folders -> <Select the Design Studio App> -> Document Link) and paste it direct to Browser it work fine…

What could be the reason?

I have checked also 2193939 - Design Studio object is loading forever while attempting to execute on BI Platform but without success.

Please assist.
