SAP EWM electronic information(IDoc) to customer from Delivery/Shipment

Dear Experts,

I have couple of requirements where the delivery and packing information has to be sent to the customer and the transportation company electronically in EWM. I was looking to use IDocs for this communication.

Can anyone help me with which IDoc type and other details to use to send the information to 1. Customer 2. Transport Company.

Hi Nikhil,

well besides the "transport container" (like IDOC, XML,...) you should also think about when and how you can trigger this.

Did you have a look at the enterprise services e.g. for inbound deliveries ?

Hello Markus,

I additionally had a look at outbound delivery node as well. Didn't find much helpful information though. In terms of Idoc types in eWM, may i know if there are any std ones available which can send information to Customer to transportation company? Like the SHPCON in ECC?
