After updating IT0015 for Paid Bonus, did you execute Payroll?

Have Claims been generated for some employees?

I'm not familiar with US Payroll, but the documentation on Program RPCLMRU0, but it's documentation states that:

The U.S. Overpayment Recovery report is executed for the purpose of reviewing existing claims that have been generated for employees, as well as to create employee records in the U.S. Overpayment Recovery infotype (0909) for subsequent manual processing.

The U.S. Overpayment Recovery report should be considered an additional step in payroll processing, a step that is to be executed after the payroll run has been released for corrections.

Hi,

You will need to first recover IT15 bonus amount either by removing it from IT15 or by entering negative amount for same WT again on IT15 as new input.

Run payroll and it will generate /58* series wage types. Before running payroll, please do make sure your USCLM function is active in US payroll schema ad switch for new over payment recovery functionality is activated in table T77S0 and in table V_T511K.

Also there is configuration to set-up minimum wages requirement that needs to be done before using this functionality which is to be gathered from your client business rules defined, may be at state level or other criteria.

Following which you should be able to run over payment recovery program RPCLMRU0 with checkbox for "Create IT0909" checked to generate IT0909.

I hope this helps.

Thanks,

Ameet

Hello Vijay,

Please create you own Discussion Thread, with an appropriate Object, instead of starting a new query in someone else's.
