Hi

Check configuration in

SPPRO>Controlling>Internal Orders>Order Master Data>Status Management

Here you can define user status.

Hi Srinivas,

Here you go..

Lowest Status Number: It defines the lower number limit that a new status can have. The status with status number which was the highest one ever active for the object determines the lower limit for the status number of the subsequent status. For example, after seting the user statuses in the sequence "10 Z001 Test Inprocess Ord" -> "40 Z004 Test Bill Completed" -> "30 Z003 Test Completed for Can", the lower limit for statuses that can be set is 30, not 10. Because status "40 Z004 Test Bill Completed" is the one that with highest status number has ever been activated in the process

Highest Status Number: It defines the upper number litme that a new status can have. The status currently active determines the upper limit of the subsequent status.
