System Received an Expired SSO Ticket

Hello Gurus

I upgraded our client to 2.2 SP1 Patch 1 from 1.4 SP10.

Currently i am getting System Received an expired SSO Ticket error intermittently.

I could not see any documentation about this, but is there any difference about how the timeout works?

Hello again,

This issue has been solved with 2.2 SP3.

I am closing my thread.

Hello

Now i am able to reproduce the case :

I open a workbook, i let it idle for 5 mins, then i go to launchpad and open another workbook. Second workbook can not be opened and raises this error.

I can still keep working on 1st workbook, no problem.

But to be able to open a new workbook, i have to close all excels that was opened on first workbook.

Anybody have an idea? I will raise a ticket to SAP, because it was not the case in 1.4 SP10

p.s. Problem does not occur when opened directly from Analysis for Excel, but only from Launchpad.
